The
Millennium is an ISDN platform, fully universal,
non-blocking, digital PABX (Private Automated Branch
Exchange).The Millennium prices economically as small as 20
stations and can grow to 1024 ports in a single structure.

Offering unparralled flexibility in its class
the Millennium truly excels in ACD and for offices that are
detached or with multiple locations.
At the heart of its programming are Call
Routing Plans. There are 64 plans available, where each
plan has 15 time slots, a Default, Override and Holiday
setting.
Center
applications are easily met with the Millennium's advanced ACD
features. Up to 100 ACD Groups and 576 ACD Agents may be
established. Calls may even be routed within groups
based on specific agent conditions. Cortelco
Systems' latest enhancement to ACD is Real Time ACD.
This graphical environment runs on a Windows 95 or NT
workstation. Call center managers can customize the
system for yellow and red alarm and easily track in real time
activity of their agents.
